TOOLS: OLD & NEW

Have you ever visited your elderly parent or grandfather’s house and gone down to the basement and seen all those old tools they have hanging around? Well that’s exactly what our government has been using to solve our economic problems. All the same old tools with questionable results. Tax manipulations, rate adjustments, infrastructure programs, and budget gimmicks. If these tools worked so well then why are we in the same place for the last 30 years? Why are we stuck in anemic growth? Why do we get further in debt? Why do we let imperative global issues go unresolved? Every administration comes in and says they’re going to make big changes and all they do is turn the same old tools in the opposite direction. Like being stuck in the mud this just digs us into a deeper hole.

The 2020plan is a game changer. It reaches outside our tired old tool box and replaces these worn out tools with a modern and powerful new tool. It engages the fundamental concept of leverage as it reaches a marketplace 23 times the size of our own. And it employs the modern technology concepts of the virtual market place. Combined, these tools start the essential task of tackling global issues while they fundamentally improve our economy. And unlike many other tools these only creates positive side effects.

The2020plan will become the most essential economic component of our economy in a very short time. Maybe that’s hard to imagine now because we don’t have this tool. But if you’re old enough to remember what life was like before cellphones, not that long ago, you probably never even thought you needed one. Now could you live without it? How about the internet? The point is that it’s hard to imagine the value of a new idea until you have it and then take it away.

It’s frustrating to watch our leaders still turning the same old dials and pulling levers that have no real effect other than making them look busy.
